The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to your community.

SASSA will probably be rendering companies like new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency reported it really is alarmed about the higher number of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The purpose of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a higher number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no totally functional office dedicated to service the area on a daily basis. The service issue established for intervention experiences a high inflow of probable beneficiaries, which makes it tough for the Workplace to attend to all people who check out a sassa status service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more means to empower the servicing SRD of all buyers and improve usage of Social Assistance expert services,” the website agency said.
